Vehicle Data Recorder (VDR) monitoring is a programmable device to monitor a driver's performance by identifying certain driving parameters. This allows you to monitor speed, rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, lateral acceleration, seat belt use, and driving routes to increase production efficiency while minimizing fuel consumption. The intent of this program is to identify risky drivers and coach them to be safer drivers.
