Who is Consolidated Fleet Solutions (CFS)?
Consolidated Fleet Solutions (CFS) is a Fleet Services Buying Group with over 20,000+ fleet members operating over 600,000 vehicles throughout the United States and Canada. We provide our members with incremental savings, discounts and incentives to meet our members fleet needs.
Who are CFS members?
CFS members are small to mid-size fleet owner operators, with an average 25 - 50 Class 6, 7 or 8 trucks.
What is the International G1350A Rebate Program?
Customers are eligible to receive the following incentives:
Heavy Duty Trucks: $1,000 Rebate
WorkStar HDD (7600), HV (513, 613) PayStar, HX, RH, LT, ProStar, TranStar, LoneStar, 9900i
Medium Duty Trucks: $750 Rebate
TerraStar, DuraStar, HV (507, 607) WorkStar MRD (7300, 7400, 7500), MV (607, 60H)
• Limit of 10 units per customer per calendar year.
How does it work?
Any CFS member or customer is eligible to receive this loyalty rebate on the purchase of a
new truck.
- The dealer or member will submit a copy of the paid invoice and enrollment form (if not already a member).
- Invoice must include the dealer name, customer name, model, VIN(s), invoice date, and DTU date (within 120 days of the electronically received DTU date in the Navistar system).

Can I use this rebate program to sell trucks to non CFS customers?
Yes, all customers are eligible. Use it to help close sales with all your potential customers.
• Program incentives may not be combined with any other national incentive or rebate programs offered through Navistar, Inc. including but not limited to OOIDA, Landstar and NJPA purchase programs. Idealease end-users and identified Dealer Programs/SPAs will not qualify for this program. Please reference the provisions/comments section of the Dealer Program/SPA to determine eligibility.
How does the customer/member get the rebate?
Member makes their best deal on an eligible model with any participating International truck dealer.
When could the customer expect to receive payment?
All rebate checks are issued on a quarterly basis, directly to the customer from CFS. Rebate checks are mailed approximately 45 days after the calendar quarter ends.
